At Sizzlin Strips, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food items, including but not limited to our handcrafted brisket beef jerky. This policy ensures the safety, freshness, and quality of every product we sell.
All Sales Are Final
Because beef jerky is a perishable food item, all sales are final. Once a product leaves our facility, we are unable to accept it back for safety and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly investigate and make it right. You may be asked to provide a photo of the issue to help us process your claim.
